Where do you shoot?
Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Wellington, Severance, Greeley, and the rest of Northern Colorado. Farther out is fine too. Just ask.
How do you count square footage?
Finished square feet, including a finished basement. Garages and unfinished space don't count. The number on your listing is all I need.
How should the home be prepped?
Turn on every light, open the blinds, clear the counters, hide the trash cans and pet bowls, and move cars off the driveway. I'll send a one-page checklist when you book.
How will I get the photos?
A private download link with full-resolution files for print, plus versions sized for MLS and the web.
Can I use the photos anywhere?
Yes. Use them for the listing, your website, social media, and print marketing for that property. I keep the right to show them in my portfolio.
What if the weather's bad?
Interiors go ahead rain or shine. If the sky ruins the exterior, I'll come back and reshoot the front at no charge.
Do you do drone or video?
Aerial photos are coming once my FAA Part 107 certification is done. For video walkthroughs, ask me. I shoot video every week at Campus TV at CSU.
